Coffee Adventure

According to Coffee Research Org, the optimal temperature for espresso extraction is 93 degrees celcius plus minus a few degrees. Making coffee is both an art and science. Science provides a guidance but doing great coffee involves the touch of an artist - the artisan crafting coffee with his hands. Making good coffee doesn't necessary require expensive equipment. It just need good beans, correct technique, knowledge and of course the right mood.
